We are seeking an IT Field Operations Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and ongoing operation of our Micro Market, Vending, Cafeteria, and Office Coffee Service (OCS) technology platforms. This role is ideal for a hands-on, technically skilled professional who enjoys troubleshooting technology, working independently in the field, and providing exceptional customer support.

Install, configure, and support kiosks, camera systems, DVRs, wireless devices, and networking equipment for Micro Market locations.

Troubleshoot network connectivity, wireless systems, and retail technology hardware.

Configure customer network connections and coordinate with customer IT teams when necessary.

Complete technical service calls and repairs in a timely and professional manner.

Monitor active locations through software portals to ensure systems remain operational.

Support technology across Micro Markets, Vending, Cafeteria, and Office Coffee Service (OCS) operations.

Maintain accurate documentation of installed equipment, wireless devices, and network configurations.

Process warranty claims, parts replacements, and equipment returns.

Assist with site surveys and new account installations.

Communicate customer concerns, operational issues, and opportunities for improvement to management.

Maintain company vehicles, tools, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Associate's degree, technical certification, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Knowledge of networking, cabling, and retail technology systems.

Experience troubleshooting hardware, networking, and wireless connectivity.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and reaching.

Ability to travel locally and regionally as needed.

Must be able to consent to a pre-employment background check.

Must be able to consent to a drug screen.

CompTIA A+, Network+, MCP, or similar technical certifications.

Experience supporting Micro Markets, vending, kiosk, or POS technology.

Experience with Cat5/Cat6 cabling, networking equipment, cameras, and DVR systems.

Knowledge of the convenience services or vending industry.
