Veterinary Wellness Center of Provincetown is looking for a friendly, dependable, and team-oriented Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing veterinary practice.

No veterinary experience is necessary! We are willing to train the right person. We are looking for someone who is confident with computers, has excellent phone and communication skills, and enjoys working with people and animals in a fast-paced environment.
Our practice is focused on providing high-quality, compassionate, Fear Free veterinary care while creating a positive experience for both our clients and our team.
What You'll Do
As a Client Service Representative, you will be an important part of the client experience and the daily flow of the hospital. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients and patients warmly and professionally
- Answering and managing a busy multi-line telephone system
- Scheduling appointments and managing the daily appointment flow
- Checking clients in and out
- Processing payments and handling client accounts
- Responding to client questions by phone, email, and text
- Communicating clearly with veterinarians and the medical team
- Entering and updating information accurately in our computer systems
- Managing medical records and client information
- Calling clients with updates and follow-up information
- Helping maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming reception area
- Assisting the team wherever needed
- Providing exceptional customer service during both routine and stressful situations

You don't need veterinary experience — we can teach you the veterinary side of the job.
