E-Commerce Website Manager (On-Site)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Website Manager to oversee and maintain our online store. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the website’s front end, ensuring products are accurately displayed, collections are organized, and the customer shopping experience is optimized.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain all product listings on the company website.
* Upload and organize product images, descriptions, specifications, and related content.
* Create and manage product collections and categories.
* Ensure products are properly sorted, merchandised, and displayed throughout the website.
* Monitor website appearance, navigation, and overall user experience.
* Review website regularly for errors, broken links, missing images, and other issues.
* Implement homepage updates, promotional banners, featured collections, and seasonal content.
* Analyze website performance and recommend improvements to increase conversions and customer engagement.
* Ensure all website content aligns with company branding and standards.
Qualifications
* Experience managing e-commerce websites (Shopify experience preferred).
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage large product catalogs efficiently.
* Basic understanding of online merchandising and customer shopping behavior.
* Comfortable working with product images, content management systems, and spreadsheets.
* Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience
* Shopify or Shopify Plus experience.
* Experience with product photography coordination.
* Experience in fashion, apparel, or retail e-commerce.
Compensation
Salary commensurate with experience.
This is an on-site position and requires working from our Staten Island office. Remote work is not available.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
