Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide exceptional customer service throughout breakfast hours
- Prepare and replenish breakfast items, ensuring food presentation is appealing and meets safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to food handling and safety protocols
- Setup and breakdown breakfast buffet, including restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Requirements
- Previous experience in fine dining, food service, catering, or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and energetic approach
- Experience in serving and/or food preparation preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced setting
- Hospitality background or food service experience will be advantageous for understanding guest needs
