Job Description:
Our cosmetic focused dental team is now looking to fill a Patient Care Coordinator opportunity.

Must have exceptional customer service and communication skills, and demonstrate proficiency verifying/billing insurance.
Compensation:
$18-$21 per hr. (Dental Experience Required)
Responsibilities:
-Verify insurance/claim submittal
-Medicaid Insurance Verification
-Orthodontic insurance verification
-Review and commit patients to cosmetic/restorative treatment plans
-Meet monthly production goals
-Coordinate and fill the practice schedule
-Answer all inbound calls
-Assist in overseeing front lobby and timely office flow
-Confirm patient appointments/patient retention
-Build and maintain patient relations
-Embody Parleys Creek Dental brand at all times
Qualifications & Skills:
-Excellent customer service/communication skills (on the phone and in person)
-Knowledge of insurance/insurance submittal and verification
-Sales or Ambassador experience
-Highly motivated self-starter
-Ability to grow and retain patient base
-Professional language/dental terminology
-Experience with cosmetic procedures (preferred)
Work Days/Hours:
-Monday - Thursday (7:30am - 5:00pm / Closed for lunch daily 1:00pm - 2:00pm)

Education:
-Associates/Bachelors (preferred)
-High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
Certification:
-BLS/CPR (required/current)
-HIPAA Certified
