Barista / Cashier
At the Geneva Inn, we are looking for friendly, responsible, energetic, and teamwork oriented baristas to provide an excellent guest experience! Good staff will be able to create a wonderful crafted drink, anticipating and exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly pay plus tips. We are looking for someone with scheduling flexibility and a team player! *Shifts are available daily from 5:30am-12:30pm - High School students are discouraged from applying. We appreciate your consideration.*
Responsibilities
· Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
· Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
· Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
· Prepare coffee drinks & clean equipment
· Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
· Comply with all food and beverage regulations
· Limited food preparations
Skills
· Resume and proven working experience in customer service
· Some knowledge making coffee drinks and serving food items
· Computer / POS literacy
· Kindness, positive attitude and excellent communication skills!
· Ability to keep the café area stocked and clean
· MUST be team oriented and willing to help others!
· MUST BE RELIABLE!
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
