Job Description
We’re looking for a Director of Staff Development who is passionate about supporting clinical excellence through education, training, and professional growth. In this role, you’ll evaluate staff education needs, develop and implement training programs, and support onboarding and continuing education across the organization.
You’ll lead initiatives such as safety education, in-service training, and new employee orientation while ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements. This role also includes managing CNAs and supporting the hiring and development of licensed nurses and interdisciplinary staff.

Qualifications
Valid California nursing license and CDPH approval for Director of Staff Development (required)
Minimum of two years of long-term care experience with direct resident care
Current clinical knowledge base
BLS certification required
Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with our patients, families, coworkers, and community
