Job Title: Preconstruction Manager
Location: Houston, TX 77056 (100% In-Office)
Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM
About the Role
We're growing our newest Houston office and need a hands-on Preconstruction Manager ready to own the full preconstruction process from day one. This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity with real room to grow.
Responsibilities
- Lead estimating, budgeting, bid leveling, and value engineering from concept through GMP
- Review plans and specs to develop detailed cost estimates
- Manage preconstruction schedules and risk assessments
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Present estimates and value options to clients and stakeholders
- Mentor and lead preconstruction team members
Requirements
- 2–3+ years GC estimating experience in the Houston market (required)
- 10+ years construction experience; 5+ years in preconstruction
- Commercial, industrial, or manufacturing project experience preferred
- Proficiency in Destini Estimator, Procore, Bluebeam, BuildingConnected, OST, and/or Pipeline Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- Available to start within 2–4 weeks (sooner preferred)
Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
