What You'll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and educate them on repair options.
- Complete digital paperwork accurately and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle.
- Represent the Collards brand with professionalism and integrity.

Technical skills can be taught and sharpened.
