Maintenance Technician
Housing Cooperative in need of a Maintenance Technician
Work week is 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday - Friday Full time
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Must be available to be on call 24 hours a day for one week out of the month
- Tasks include: plumbing, structure repair, electrical repairs, etc.
- Respond to work orders
- Strong knowledge of plumbing preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems and structural systems
- Experience using hand and electrical tools
- Ability to follow direction and work independently
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and dexterity
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with NO RESTRICTION IS A MUST!
