Estudio Novas is looking for a talented and motivated Esthetician/Lash Technician to join our growing beauty team in Linden, New Jersey.
Compensation:
50% commission on all services performed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of professional esthetics experience
- Valid New Jersey esthetician or cosmetology license
- Experience performing customized facials and skincare treatments
- Experience with eyelash extensions, brow laminations, brow lifts, eyebrow shaping, and other brow services preferred
- Strong knowledge of skincare, sanitation, and client care
- Friendly, professional, dependable, and passionate about the beauty industry
If you are not currently certified in eyelash extensions, brow lamination, or other specialty services, you are still encouraged to apply. We are willing to consider an experienced esthetician who is motivated to complete the necessary courses and obtain certifications in these services.
Responsibilities:
- Perform customized facials and skincare treatments
- Provide eyelash extension services
- Perform brow laminations, brow lifts, shaping, and other brow treatments
- Consult with clients and recommend services and aftercare
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Continue developing your skills through additional training and certifications when needed
