Job Title: Tennis Coach/Tennis Professional

We aim to foster a love for tennis and pickleball while promoting sportsmanship and personal growth. We are a one tennis court club while being family and community driven.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Tennis Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess playing experience at a college level and/ or experience playing junior tournaments at USTA/ITF. The ideal candidate would be a great communicator, flexible, as well as adapltable. The starting pay is $35/hr and the candidate must be willing to adopt the school's training methodology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct group and private tennis lessons for players of various skill levels.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance players’ skills, fitness, and sportsmanship.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to help players achieve their goals.
- Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere on and off the court.
- Communicate with players and parents.
- Be flexible with your schedule. Weekends may be required to work in the first part and last part of the day.
Qualifications:
- Playing experience at the college level (Division 1 or Division 2) or experience playing USTA/ITF junior tournaments.
- Coaching experience of 1-3 years is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
