Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to inspire and support learners across diverse educational settings. Duties
- Develop and deliver dynamic lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, incorporating educational technology and instructional modifications as needed
- Assess student progress regularly through standardized testing, formative assessments, and observational data to tailor instruction effectively
- Collaborate with colleagues, specialists, parents, and caregivers to create comprehensive Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that meet each student’s unique needs
- Implement behavior management strategies and behavioral therapy techniques to support positive classroom behavior and social skills development
- Utilize speech therapy, music therapy, applied behavior analysis, and recreational therapy strategies to enhance learning outcomes for students with disabilities
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, IEP goals, behavioral incidents, and compliance with special education law and regulations
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment that supports early childhood education, preschool experience, toddler care, and early intervention initiatives
Skills
- Proven experience working with children with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, visual impairments, or other special needs
- Strong knowledge of special education law, educational compliance standards, and instructional design principles for individualized instruction
- Excellent communication skills for parent engagement, team collaboration, and student interaction
- Proficiency in learning technology tools, educational software applications, and assistive technologies for diverse learners
- Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively while implementing behavior management techniques tailored for students with disabilities
- Skilled in curriculum development across core subjects such as literacy education and math for various age groups from preschool to early childhood education
- Experience in teaching physical education or recreational therapy to promote holistic development
- Knowledge of IEP development process, standardized testing procedures, and educational regulation adherence
