About the Role
As a Senior HVAC Installation Specialist, you will take ownership of complex residential and light commercial climate control projects. You will serve as a technical expert, ensuring that every system installation, from ductwork to gas lines, meets the highest standards of performance and efficiency to provide lasting comfort for our clients.
Responsibilities-
Execute end-to-end installation of residential HVAC units, generators, and associated gas piping with complete autonomy.

Design and implement custom ductwork and refrigerant piping systems to optimize airflow and energy efficiency.

Document all technical service activities and equipment configurations to maintain comprehensive project logs.

Deliver exceptional customer experiences by maintaining professional communication and ensuring site cleanliness throughout the installation process.

Manage specialized equipment setups and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues to ensure system integrity.

Collaborate with the installation team to streamline workflows and improve overall project turnaround times.

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC system installation.

Current EPA Universal Certification.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and at least 3 years of US driving experience.

Physical capability to lift 50 lbs and perform tasks involving kneeling, crawling, and ladder climbing.

Advanced proficiency in low voltage wiring and complex refrigerant system diagnostics.

Proven ability to interpret technical blueprints for ductwork and equipment placement.
