- Monitor the powder coating process to ensure high-quality finishes.
- Implement corrective actions for any quality issues.
- Ensure work instructions are being followed.
- Perform regular process audits to ensure compliance with safety and production procedures.
- Oversee the setup and operation of powder coating equipment.
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of equipment, per PM schedules.
- Optimize processes to improve efficiency and prevent waste.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct safety training and regular safety audits.
- Collaborate with other departments (scheduling, maintenance, quality) to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
It’s Great If You Have:
- Supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience in powder coating, painting, or industrial finishing (preferred, not required).
- Mechanical or technical troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Why Join Us:
- Competitive pay with opportunities for advancement.
- Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off).
- A supportive, team-oriented work environment.
