This role's primary function will be based in food court and quick service restaurants at Harrah's Resort and Casino. You will work in multi outlets based on the needs of the business.
Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction by monitoring and maintaining standards of service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of events and functions.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
