Clinical Care: Administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor vital signs.
Assessment: Conduct patient assessments and collaborate on individualized care plans.
Documentation: Maintain accurate electronic health records in compliance with HIPAA.
Collaboration: Work alongside RNs and STNAs to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
