About us
We are a busy, clean, professional, kid-friendly natural hair salon located in the Buford/Sugar Hill Area. We're looking for fulltime & part time Stylists/Braiders for a long term permanent position.
```Duties```
- Provide natural hair care services to clients with natural hair (ex: two strand twists, rod sets, silk presses, twist down sets etc)
OR
- Provide braid services to clients who desire braid styles (ex: knotless braids, kids cornrows, single plaits, etc)
-Stay up-to-date on the latest natural hair styles.
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and provide recommendations based on their preferences and hair type.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and ensure all tools and equipment are sanitized.
- Upsell salon products and services to clients to enhance their overall experience.
- Collaborate with salon staff to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients.
```Qualifications```
- Valid cosmetology license in GA required.
- Proven experience of 3yrs as a Natural hairstylist or Braider
- Strong knowledge of color theory, cutting techniques, and styling trends.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional!
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a FAST-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work Full Time or Part Time Wednesday - Saturday & two Sundays a month
- Must be punctual, efficient, organized
