Role Description
- In office working hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm.
- During office working hours, assist to collect copays from clients visiting the office.
- Manage incoming calls during scheduled office working hours, and return missed incoming calls.
- Provide information to clients, inquiries, and referents as appropriate. Including program details, insurance coverage, admissions process, appointment availability, etc.
- Manage change requests to medication management providers’ appointment schedule (including cancellations and rescheduling requests).
- Manage new client leads and admissions.
- Ensure new client paperwork is completed and routinely updated in accordance with policies.
- Assist in collecting balances and managing payment plans.
- Monitor the status of client insurance policies and coordinate with clients to update as needed.
- Collect/label UA samples from identified clients and report quick read results to provider, and send to laboratory for confirmatory testing as needed.
- Coordinate provider requests for records, including getting appropriate release forms signed, contacting other provider’s office, and following up on the request to ensure receipt.
- Develop organizational systems and maintain the physical office environment.
- Monitor and manage inventory of supplies.
- Monitor and manage physical office environment to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and adherence to accreditation standards
Compensation
- Hourly - $22 starting.
- Eligible for group health insurance after probationary period.
