The Fire Technician II leads fire alarm installations, directs field personnel, and ensures work is completed professionally, on time, and to quality standards. This role works directly with customers to communicate completed work, provide system training, troubleshoot issues, and document all activities accurately in the CRM while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams.
Pay: $39-$54/hour DOE

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead fire alarm installations and direct team members in assigned roles

Work directly with customers onsite to communicate completed work, next steps, and provide system training

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in the field

Review upcoming schedules and coordinate with project leads

Self‑dispatch to job sites, arriving prepared, on time, and in professional attire

Maintain accurate, ongoing documentation in the CRM system (Sedona)

Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time

Maintain positive working relationships with Project Managers, Admin, and Sales teams
-
Travel as needed, participate in the on‑call rotation, and develop skills and career plans with management
