Wetmore’s Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is adding a Sales Consultant as we continue to grow our operation.
This role is designed for a salesperson who wants full ownership of their results. We are an established dealership with strong brand recognition, steady traffic, and a management team focused on performance and accountability.
The Role
- Manage your own sales pipeline from first contact to delivery
- Work inbound opportunities as well as self-generated business
- Build repeat and referral customers through long-term relationships
- Present vehicles, pricing, and finance options with confidence and clarity
- Operate with structure, consistency, and professionalism
The Right Candidate
- Automotive sales experience a plus but not require, will train a hard worker
- Self-directed, competitive, and accountable
- Comfortable operating independently within a team environment
- Understands that income is driven by effort, follow-up, and execution
- Takes pride in personal reputation and results
