Are you a physical therapy assistant interested in expanding your skills with comprehensive Pilates training without paying thousands of dollars for certification?
Pilates Santé is offering free, professional Pilates training from master instructors in exchange for a one-year commitment to our team.
What We're Offering

- Mentorship in a collaborative environment where therapists and Pilates instructors work side by side
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant with at least 1 year of clinical experience
- One-year commitment to the position after training
- Availability for 8+ treatment hours per week, preferably weekday evenings and weekends
- Interest in learning Pilates-based rehabilitation (no prior Pilates experience required)
About the Role
- 50-minute treatment sessions for quality one-on-one care
- Lower caseloads and access to full studio Pilates equipment
- Supportive patient community in our Los Gatos studio (serving the Bay Area for 18+ years)
