American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Intensive Care Coronary Unit position requiring at least 1 year of ICU experience, AHA certifications, and an active CO or compact RN license.

Intensive Care Coronary Unit (ICU) setting within a hospital environment
-
Schedule: 3x12-hour night shifts per week (36 hours/week)

Weekend shifts required

No on-call requirements

May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications

EMR: Epic (charting experience relevant)

Active CO or compact RN license required — no pending licenses accepted

Minimum 1 year of ICU experience required

Required certifications (AHA only): BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS — all must not expire prior to start date

ASN from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred
-
DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care including health teaching, counseling, and treatment plan monitoring

Executes delegated medical functions and refers patients for further evaluation or treatment as needed

Documents care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines using Epic

Candidates who have been permanent staff at any Intermountain facility must have been separated for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment
