Atlas Staffing has partnered with a leading aviation company and we are looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional to join their team!
Our client is hiring a Maintenance Training & Compliance Administrator to oversee training compliance and administrative processes for more than 4,000 maintenance technicians across 80 stations. In this role, you'll maintain training records, coordinate with internal teams and outside training providers, monitor regulatory compliance, and help ensure technicians remain qualified and up to date with required training. What You'll Be Doing:
- Maintain accurate employee training records and qualification documentation
- Monitor training compliance and ensure regulatory requirements are met
- Coordinate training schedules with internal departments and external vendors
- Audit training records and compliance documentation for accuracy
- Manage training systems, including CourseMill and TRAX (training provided if needed)
- Track technician qualifications and required certifications across 80 stations
- Support maintenance leadership with training reports and administrative tasks
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Previous experience in training coordination, training administration, or maintaining employee training and compliance records
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, preferably within the aviation industry
- Experience with CourseMill and/or TRAX is preferred, but training is available
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to obtain an MSP SIDA Badge
