Experienced Automotive Service Advisor
Aloha Auto Depot is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our independent dealership and repair shop in Honolulu.
The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing a fast-paced service department with multiple vehicles and priorities.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet customers and identify their service and repair needs
- Create and manage repair orders from check-in through completion
- Clearly explain recommended repairs, estimates, and timelines
- Obtain customer authorization and provide regular status updates
- Coordinate workflow with technicians and the parts department
- Monitor repair progress and follow up on parts and completion times
- Prepare invoices, process payments, and ensure repair orders are closed accurately
- Maintain detailed and professional customer and vehicle records
- Assist with internal dealership vehicles and customer-pay repairs
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive service advisor experience required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organization and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple repair orders in a fast-paced environment
- General knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
- CDK experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
Compensation and Benefits:
