As a Measurement Technician, you will:
- Travel to customer homes across Greater Baltimore and Northern Virginia to take precise measurements for window and door replacement projects.
- Ensure all measurements are accurate and properly documented for production and installation teams.
- Collaborate with project managers and installation crews to provide technical support and resolve any measurement-related issues.
- Communicate with homeowners in a professional and respectful manner to confirm project details.
- Maintain and submit accurate job records in a timely manner.
Qualifications of a Measurement Technician:
- Previous residential remodeling experience required; exterior remodeling (windows, siding, doors, roofing) is a strong plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the Baltimore and Northern Virginia region.
- Must be organized, punctual, and dependable.
- High school diploma or GED required.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
