Summary: Hello Kitty Cafe in Las Vegas is opening its first Hello Kitty Grand Café located in the Forum Shops of Caesars Palace this summer 2026. Offering an expanded menu, elevated service, and a fine dining experience showcasing the characters everyone knows and loves, we are seeking Shift Leads to supervise our Cafe employees.
Job Description: Hello Kitty Grand Café servers assistants support servers in providing the exceptional guest experience. They are expected to deliver the highest quality of service possible, from a guest's arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver attentive dining experience and genuine hospitality
- Ensure a positive guest experience and overall enjoyment.
- Present yourself in a professional manner.
- Greet tables in manager assigned sections and take water orders
- Maintain beverage service throughout the dining experience
- Assist servers in serving food
- Maintaining rolling side work, as well as opening and/or closing duties
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Carrying and serving food
- Clearing, Cleaning, and setting up tables and restocking as needed
- Maintain a clean and sanitary dining room, lobby and service area
- Upholding safety sanitation guidelines and attention to detail
- Building memorable positive interactions with our customers, teammates and community
- Demonstrating a positive and approachable attitude for the team
- Consistently communicating with management to ensure the quality of the service provided
- Supporting and teaching new hires through in-store training
- Continually lending a helping hand to your teammates, customers and others
- All other duties as directed
Requirements:
- Must be over the age of 21 years old
- Have at least 1 year of customer service experience
- A valid Nevada Food Handler's Card
- Must have excellent communication skills and work ethic
- One weekend shift requirement (Sat/Sun)
