PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST

John Vance Auto Group is looking for a dependable, friendly, and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. Family owned and operated for over 40 years, we proudly serve communities across Oklahoma with multiple dealership locations and a strong team-focused culture.
As the first person our customers see when they walk through the door and the first voice they hear on the phone this role is extremely important to us. We are looking for someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest.
Schedule:
- Evenings and Saturdays required
- Part-time position
Pay:
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Assist customers and team members as needed
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications:
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior receptionist experience is helpful, but not required
