COMPENSATION
- $400 Weekly Draw

MONTHLY BONUS PROGRAM
- 5 Vehicles Sold = $250 Bonus
- 10 Vehicles Sold = $500 Bonus
- 15 Vehicles Sold = $1,000 Bonus

5 Vehicles Sold
- Weekly Draw: $1,600 per month
- Average Commissions: $1,500
- Monthly Bonus: $250
Potential Monthly Earnings: $3,350
Example B
10 Vehicles Sold
- Weekly Draw: $1,600 per month
- Average Commissions: $3,000
- Monthly Bonus: $500
Potential Monthly Earnings: $5,100

15 Vehicles Sold
- Weekly Draw: $1,600 per month
- Average Commissions: $4,500
- Monthly Bonus: $1,000
Potential Monthly Earnings: $7,100
SCHEDULE
- Monday through Saturday
- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- One Day Off Per Week
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to incoming internet leads
- Contact customers by phone, text, and email
- Schedule appointments and test drives
- Assist customers throughout the sales process
- Maintain excellent customer service before and after the sale
- Promote inventory through social media and online marketplaces
- Follow up consistently with prospects and previous customers
QUALIFICATIONS
- Automotive sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Reliable transportation
