Join our dynamic team as an Airport Shuttle Driver / Front Desk Agent, where you'll be the friendly face and reliable driver that ensures a seamless travel experience for our guests. In this energetic role, you'll operate passenger vehicles such as shuttles. Providing safe and efficient transportation between the airport and our facility. You'll also serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, delivering exceptional customer service with a positive attitude. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine driving expertise with customer interaction, all while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate shuttle buses, and other passenger vehicles on local routes and airport transfers
- Provide prompt, courteous assistance to guests upon arrival and departure at the front desk
- Manage client communication efficiently, addressing inquiries and coordinating pick-up or drop-off schedules
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere strictly to traffic regulations, state transportation laws, and safety protocols during all driving activities
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks such as loading luggage or cargo into vehicles while maintaining proper manual handling techniques
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and vehicle condition reports for compliance purposes
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating passenger vehicles including buses, limousines, or passenger vans
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems for efficient route planning and real-time navigation adjustments
- Experience in medical transportation or personal vehicle delivery is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks related to luggage or cargo loading
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Strong attention to detail in vehicle maintenance checks and safety procedures
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
