Position Summary
If you’re the kind of electrician who likes solving problems fast, keeping production running, and working in a hands-on manufacturing environment, this role is built for you. You’ll be the go-to resource for electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance that keep equipment safe, reliable, and operating at peak performance.
What you’ll do
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical issues on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability
- Install, modify, and repair wiring, controls, and electrical components to spec and code
- Use diagnostic tools (meters, meggers, oscilloscopes, etc.) to find faults and verify performance
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Document work orders and equipment history in a CMMS
- Support equipment installs, upgrades, and capital improvement projects
- Maintain strong safety and housekeeping standards at all times
- Provide shift/weekend coverage as needed; may help support leadership coverage when required
What we’re looking for (must-haves)
- Proven electrical troubleshooting expertise in an industrial/manufacturing environment (non-negotiable)
- Hands-on experience testing and verifying electrical systems with standard diagnostic equipment
- Strong safety mindset: able to identify hazards, assess risk, and communicate concerns clearly
- Comfortable working at heights when required
- Dependable, team-oriented, and able to communicate well (written and verbal)
Schedule & work environment
- Training will start on 1st shift, with expected assignment to 2nd or 3rd shift after training
- Overtime is expected and may vary based on projects and urgent operational needs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
