Position Reports to: Shipping Manager
Status: Full-Time
Schedule/Hours Expectation: M-T 7:30am-4:00pm with a Half day on Friday
Location: Gunnison, UT
Position Summary
The Shipping Team at Christensen Arms delivers value by ensuring the right product arrives to the right customer at the right time. The Shipping Technician is a member of the Shipping Team and reports to the Shipping Manager. This individual works with the shipping team and is responsible for accurately pulling orders; verifying paperwork and records meet ATF requirements; ensuring inventory is 100% accurate; and maintaining an organized and safe work environment. This is an entry-level position; job training will be provided for all duties and responsibilities.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare product for shipment in a fast-paced environment
- Organize shipments for each customer

Process shipments in the ERP system and utilizing logistics software

Maintain an accurate inventory

Perform inventory counts and audits on a daily basis

Identify process improvements and share opportunities with the team

Able to perform fast-paced, repetitive processes

Able to lift 8 to 25 pounds

Able to stand for long periods of time
