VIGEO Health is hiring PRN Physical Therapist Assistants for skilled home health visits across Northern Virginia. Choose your territory, set your availability, and earn $65-$75 per visit with mileage reimbursement.
VIGEO Health is a Medicare-certified, CHAP-accredited skilled home health agency serving Fairfax, Loudoun, and Arlington Counties.
This is a W-2 position with required onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training participation, including up to two scheduled clinical/compliance training sessions per week as needed.
We are actively building our PRN pool for immediate and upcoming patient needs across Northern Virginia.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver skilled therapy under PT-established Plans of Care
- Provide gait training, therapeutic exercise, and mobility interventions
- Monitor progress and communicate updates to supervising PT
- Complete documentation aligned with Medicare standards
Requirements
- Active Virginia PTA license
- 2+ years clinical experience (home health experience strongly preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable with at least 8 visits/month
