Job Description:
As a Sales Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in retail operations and team leadership while learning directly from experienced professionals. This role is designed to prepare you for future advancement into a leadership position within our company. You will support initiatives for AT&T through face-to-face interactions with customers in a retail environment, helping to drive engagement and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in comprehensive training programs to understand management practices, company operations, and industry standards.
- Assist in executing in-store promotions, and customer engagement strategies to support overall store performance and brand visibility.
- Support team members, help with scheduling, and contribute to training and development efforts.
- Provide excellent face-to-face customer service in store, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store organization.
- Analyze performance data and prepare reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and work well with a team.
- Ability to analyze sales data and operational metrics.
