Superior Mazda is adding a Mazda Product Concierge to assist with the sales process help customers in purchasing their next Mazda vehicle and assist existing owners with the technology and features of their current vehicle.

Product Concierge Responsibilities
- Conducting product presentations and explaining features, performance, and technology to clients alongside salespeople.
- Organizing and executing initial product deliveries to ensure a positive client experience.
- Coordinating pre-delivery activities and scheduling delivery appointments.
- Assisting with downloading and setting up manufacturer apps for clients.
- Developing personalized communication plans for clients, including product training and follow-up.
- Providing ongoing support to customers throughout their ownership experience.
- Generating regular reports on delivery activities for management.
- Greeting showroom customers and facilitating introductions to relevant team members.
- Collaborating with sales teams to enhance in-person, remote, and digital presentation processes.
- Offering expertise to sales staff during needs analysis and product selection.
- Conducting training sessions for staff on new products, features, and technology.
- Ensuring a clean and organized showroom environment.
- Managing online inventory updates and marketing materials.
- Assisting with special events.
- Creating social media content to showcase client deliveries and promote products.
Working Schedule
- The schedule will include 2-3 working Saturdays each month.
- 1 Day off scheduled during the week for scheduled working Saturdays
- Regular working hours will begin @ 9 am on weekdays/8:30 am on Saturdays
