Position Summary:
The Painter Apprentice is an entry-level position designed for individuals who want to start a career in the painting trade. No painting experience is necessary—we’ll provide the training. What we’re looking for is someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and a willingness to learn. If you show up on time, work hard, and align with our core values, there’s no limit to how far you can go here.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning & Support

Assist experienced painters with surface prep, masking, caulking, sanding, and cleanup

Follow instructions and ask questions when unsure—this is a learning position

Learn proper use of brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other tools of the trade

Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
Teamwork & Attitude

Be coachable and open to feedback from crew leads and supervisors

Show up on time, ready to work every day

Support your team and take pride in even the smallest tasks

Maintain a positive, respectful attitude on every jobsite
Safety & Responsibility

Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE

Requirements:
Qualifications:

No prior painting experience required—just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn

Reliable transportation and ability to arrive on time to job sites

Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and climb ladders throughout the workday

Positive attitude and a genuine interest in building a career in the trades

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
