Job Overview
You will be driving around the Raleigh/Durham metro area installing and removing for sale signs for real estate agents at the homes they are selling. The work is simple, straightforward and requires very little manual labor. It takes roughly 5-10 minutes to complete each order - the primary time spent on the job is driving from location to location and responding to requests from our customer service team.
You will be paid $20 per home you visit. You will generally be doing 5-10 homes per day that you work.
Everything is handled through an easy-to-use installer mobile app. The actual install takes 5 minutes and is very easy to do - the post only weighs about 13 pounds. (see video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JIoxfLCp0-k&t=8s)
Must be willing to work between 2-3 days per week for at least 3 days in a 7-day period (weekends are available if desired).
Responsibilities
- Install and remove signposts
- Coordinate with operations manager to effectively complete requests in a timely manner
- Perform inventory counts as needed
- Perform key duplications
- Manage and keep tidy the storage unit
Qualifications
- [required] Valid driver's license
- [required] Ability to carry up to 25 lbs of materials and equipment and work outdoors
- [required] Strong attention to detail
- [required] Ability to pass a background check with no violent offenses in the last 5 years
- [preferred] Midsize SUV or truck to transport inventory efficiently
