This means we’re selling more than just hand and foot grooming, haircuts, and straight-razor shaves. We’re selling experiences. The Summit location is seeking another Member Concierge/Sales Expert to add to our team!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about our membership programs and services - Hitting membership sale goals
- Make reservations for guests
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Comfortable with sales and sales tactics
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for reservations and guest management
