Duties
- Lead the production of original music tracks, ensuring they meet artistic vision and technical standards
- Record, edit, mix, and master audio content using industry-standard software and hardware
- Collaborate with artists, composers, and directors to develop sound concepts aligned with project goals
- Manage recording sessions, including setting up equipment and directing performers for optimal results
- Enhance audio quality through signal processing techniques such as equalization, compression, and effects
- Oversee post-production processes for multimedia projects, integrating music with video content seamlessly
- Utilize videography skills to capture high-quality footage when needed for music videos or promotional content
Skills
- Proficiency in digital audio workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or Ableton Live
- Experience with video editing software including Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro
- Knowledge of post-production workflows using Avid Media Composer or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of signal processing techniques for mixing and mastering audio tracks
- Skilled in filming and videography to support multimedia projects
- Ability to create engaging content through video production and editing
- Familiarity with sound design principles and the use of various microphones and recording equipment
