Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC certification required
- Licensed to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience with school-aged and elementary caseloads preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and implement therapy plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support IEP goals
- Maintain thorough records, prepare reports, and manage compliance documentation
- Provide direct therapy services and consultative support
- Contribute actively to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet individual student needs
