General Labor - Washroom
Onsite | Full-Time
Starting Pay: $15 per hour

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Plant Support person to maintain sanitation, assist with washroom responsibilities, and keep production areas clean and stocked. This position plays a vital role in upholding our commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and overall plant efficiency.
Schedule:
- Start time typically begins at 6:00 AM (subject to change based on business needs)

8–10-hour shifts Monday-Friday with occasional weekends as needed

Must be flexible with shift start and end times
Key Responsibilities:
- Remove and properly dispose of trash and scrap from all production areas

Sanitize equipment including barrels, smoke trucks, and smoke sticks

Assist washroom staff with cleaning and sanitation duties
-
Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of loading docks and surrounding areas
-
Supply materials and tools to production teams as needed

Help the Receiving Clerk move tubs and containers during receiving

Operate and maintain company-issued pallet jacks and Hilo (certification provided)

Follow all company policies and procedures including:

GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices)
-
SOPs/SSOPs
-
MIOSHA and Lockout/Tagout requirements
-
Report any food safety or sanitation concerns to your supervisor immediately

Support food safety programs by ensuring compliance and accountability
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
-
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
-
Ability to work in a cold, damp OR hot environment and year-round weather conditions

Ability to lift and push heavy items (up to 60 lbs.) frequently

Comfortable standing for 8+ hours per day and performing repetitive physical tasks

Willingness to obtain company-issued forklift/pallet jack certification
