Quill & Arrow is one of the fastest‑growing lemon law and personal injury firms in Southern California. We are seeking an enthusiastic, hard‑working Personal Injury Case Manager to join our onsite Personal Injury team in Los Angeles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution, ensuring cases move timely and efficiently.
- Coordinate and oversee daily workflow on personal injury files, maintaining accuracy, consistency, and adherence to firm procedures.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients by:
- Screening new clients and conducting initial intakes.
- Opening insurance claims and communicating with carriers.
- Coordinating and monitoring medical treatment, including obtaining medical records and bills.
- Preparing demand packages and assisting with case documentation.
- Proactively checking in with clients, providing updates, and responding to inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and team members to support strategy, deadlines, and case milestones.
- Help foster a positive, professional, team‑oriented environment focused on client service and results.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) required.
- Prior personal injury experience strongly preferred (case management or similar role).
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines and high‑volume workflow.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional client relationships.
- Demonstrated team mindset with the ability to collaborate, support others, and take direction.
- Genuine passion for helping clients navigate the personal injury process and supporting co‑workers.
