Urgent Hiring: Home Care Aides / Caregivers Needed Immediately!

We are actively seeking compassionate, reliable, and professional Home Care Aides (HCA) to provide high-quality in-home care to our valued clients. If you are dedicated to making a meaningful difference in someone’s daily life, we want to hear from you!
Important: Only applicants currently registered as a Home Care Aide (HCA) with Guardian will be considered. Please do not apply if you are not yet registered.
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, current HCA registration, and active auto insurance.
What You’ll Do
As a Home Care Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting clients in the comfort and safety of their homes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding as needed
- Performing light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying living areas)
- Providing medication reminders (no administration unless certified)
- Encouraging engagement in activities that promote physical and mental well-being
- Observing and reporting changes in client condition to the care team
Qualifications & Skills
We’re looking for caregivers who demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and reliability.
Required:
- Active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration with Guardian
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Current auto insurance
- TB test within last 2 years
- Ability to assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Ability to lift, transfer, and support clients safely
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Bilingual (Spanish or other second language)
- Experience in senior care, childcare, or direct support roles
- Knowledge of home and community-based care practices
- Experience with behavior management
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Background in nursing or healthcare-related field
