Responsibilities

- Conduct routine custodial tasks such as dusting, trash removal, window washing, and surface sanitizing to uphold high cleanliness standards.
- Execute specialized floor care procedures including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to maintain optimal flooring conditions.
- Assist with industrial cleaning projects that may involve heavy-duty equipment or hazardous materials following safety protocols.
- Support facilities maintenance activities such as minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and equipment upkeep to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock needs replenishing to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to create a secure environment for colleagues and visitors alike.
Skills
- Proven with a strong understanding of janitorial procedures.

- Knowledge of residential or industrial cleaning practices; familiar with window cleaning and debris removal as needed
- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, sanitary environment
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
