Life Steps is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager for DDD Adults
Responsibilities include and are not limited to overall of program operations, program administrative tasks, oversee programs compliance with DDD regulations, training and supervision of staff, management of client's benefits, scheduling, on-call responsibilities.
- Qualified candidate must have supervisory experience and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to supervise staff by providing continuous coaching, feedback and guidance as well as achieving the highest standards of excellence to ensure that each individual served is provided with meaningful and respectful care appropriate to their needs.
- Ability to oversee the daily operations of programs completed notes of the daily activity.
- Ability to abide by DDD licensing regulations and documentation.
- Shift is Monday thought Friday 8am to 4:30pm, requires flexibility with scheduling and on-call when needed.
- Complete assigned online trainings
- Be on call after hours when needed and to fill in shifts.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/ associate's degree Preferred
- Valid New Jersey Driver's Licenses (Less than 5 points)
- Reliable Transportation / vehicle
