- Day (5x8 Hours) 8:00 - 16:30
- Evening (5x8 Hours) 14:00 - 22:30
- Night (4x10 Hours) 21:00 - 7:30
Travel Pay Rate:
$1345 weekly ($17/hr w2 + $665/week stipend)
Local Pay Rate:
$23/hr w2

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sterile Processing Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all surgical instruments and medical equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, and maintained. This position requires a strong understanding of sterile processing procedures and a commitment to patient safety.
Duties
- Perform cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of surgical instruments and medical equipment according to established protocols.
- Manage inventory of sterile supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper organization.
- Utilize aseptic techniques to prepare instruments for surgical procedures while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment usage.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure timely availability of sterile instruments for procedures.
- Conduct routine inspections of sterilization equipment and report any malfunctions or issues.
- Stay updated on best practices in sterile processing and participate in ongoing training as required.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of Sterile Processing Tech experience required.
- Minimum 2 years of Travel assignments experience required.
- HSPA OR CBSPD certification
Special Equipment:
- Surgery Equipment, Robotics, SPD Sterilization Equipment, SPD Decontam Equipment
- SPD Intrument Tracking (SPM)
