Position Overview
We are seeking a Wellness Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who has a positive attitude, enjoys working with people, is eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Previous experience is not required—we are happy to train the right person. What matters most is being dependable, willing to learn, comfortable taking initiative, and ready to support both our patients and clinical team wherever needed.
Schedule Requirement: Applicants must be available to work Mondays and Fridays from 8:45 AM–5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and return patient text messages promptly
- Assist providers with patient reports, documentation, and other clinical support
- Obtain and document patient vitals
- Assist with preparing patient medications as directed
- Send faxes, file charts, and maintain accurate and organized patient records
- Complete general administrative and day-to-day clinic tasks
- Help maintain clear communication between patients, providers, and staff
- Keep patient areas and workspaces organized
- Assist the team wherever needed to help the clinic run efficiently
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and team-oriented work environment
