We are looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who has a heart for helping others and would enjoy a thriving Outpatient/Orthopedic setting. Experience is preferred but new grads will be considered. All applications are completely confidential. Our practice is 43+ years strong, and 100% Occupational therapist owned. Our clinics are high tech & spacious with an excellent reputation for results, professionalism, hospitality & compassion. We are dedicated to learning and growing in our skills as therapists and currently have certified therapists in McKenzie, Schroth Scoliosis Therapy, Golf, Tennis & Running Programs, Ergonomics, Hand Therapy, Vestibular Disorders, Lymphedema, and Women’s Programs. We currently have a therapist working toward Board Certification in MSKUS

Job Responsibilities:
1. Administer treatment according to the plan of care given by the Occupational Therapist.
2. Takes direction and assists the Occupational Therapist with patient documentation.
3. Market services to physicians and community.
4. Inspire and encourage patients throughout the healing process. Motivating them to reach their highest potential.
5. Perform all other duties and functions necessary for the efficient and excellent operation of the clinic.
6. Comply with all state and federal regulations regarding physical and occupational therapy.
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Job Requirements & Qualifications:
· A valid and current Louisiana license to practice.
· Dedication to quality patient care through the entire therapeutic process.
· Ability to communicate with a wide range of patient and co-worker personalities.
