Legacy Staffing has partnered with a world-class hospital system in Cleveland, OH to hire EVS Housekeeping – Discharge Team staff. We are hiring for second and third shift opportunities with a starting pay of $15/hour. This role focuses on patient discharge cleaning, sanitation, and maintaining a safe, clean hospital environment while supporting hospital staff and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize patient rooms and designated hospital areas following discharge, ensuring high cleanliness standards
Collect and dispose of trash throughout the facility and manage waste appropriately

Create daily cleaning logs and track completed rooms
Maintain cleaning supplies and notify leadership of shortages or damages
Respond to patient or staff requests professionally and escalate concerns when needed
Follow all health, safety, and infection control protocols

Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in housekeeping, custodial, or general labor roles preferred (hospital, school, warehouse, etc.)
Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and maintain attention to detail
Strong customer service skills and professionalism
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Must be willing to complete a 1-step TB test and flu shot as part of onboarding
Floor Tech experience or willingness to train
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Additional Details:
2nd Shift: Full-time (3 PM - 11:30 PM)
3rd Shift: Full-Time (10 PM - 6:30AM)
Every other weekend & every other holiday required for both shifts
