Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic key holder to join our team. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, strong leadership skills, and be able to handle daily operational activities
Responsibilities
- Customer service: Greeting customers, answering questions, and making them feel comfortable
- Staying up to date on sales trends and product knowledge, and being able to explain product features and benefits
- Recommending products and upselling
- Processing payments: Operating cash registers, processing and handling refunds and exchanges
- Keeping the sales floor stocked and organized, as well as receiving and shipping (be able to lift 20lbs)
- Store operations including inventory management, Opening and closing the store
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
